  Please download the Consolidated Goosedale Rules document (link at bottom of this page) for more complete information pertaining to the rules, as only a brief summary of rules we'd especially like to draw your attention to can can be found summarised below:  
     
  1. All pilots must be insured under the BMFA Membership Scheme  
  2. We fly on 2.4Ghz as well as 35Mhz, frequencies 55 – 90. For 35MHz, a pennant showing the frequency of your transmitter must be attached to the aerial at all times. We fly ‘peg-on’ so a frequency peg must also be clipped to the pegboard prior to switching on your transmitter, and removed only after you have turned your transmitter off.  
  3. Keep it quiet!!! MAX 82 db at 7 meters (all models to be tested)  
  4. Models must be restrained when the motor is running in the pits area  
  5. Keep within the permitted flying area – not within 100 metres of the adjacent buildings  
  6. We fly IC between the hours of 11:00am and 5:30pm and Quiet electric 11am to 7.45 pm (noise must be virtually unnoticeable when standing on access road)
